Just a slight clarification, those vitamin percentages i just gave below, were taken from the NEW iSnack variety with added cheese. The plain Vegemite without added cheese actually has a much higher Protein content. its around 25.4 %/per 100gms Protein in Normal Vegemite. :)

like most aussies i grew up on VEGEMITE, just like the commercial says (youtube) we all love our vegemite and it puts a rose in every cheek...lol (reffering to the goodness from the high Vitamin B content) Spread it on toast, have in a sandwhich, with or without a slice of cheese, and speaking of cheese..to save us adding a slice of cheese do you know theyve made a new variety of VEGEMITE with the cheese already added to the Vegemite??.. Its called--Vegemite iSnack 2.0 (sounds more like some computer gizzmo but there you have it--the New Vegemite in 2010..(actually Kraft, the makers ran a competition for ppl to come up with a name for there NEW cheese/vegemite name, and i guess they liked the sound of iSnack, cause thats the name that won. gotta go now and have some Vegemite.. i need more rose in my cheeks lol lol
Seriously, try Vegemite, even if you dont like the taste its soooo good for you--every 100gms has 12.4 gms of protein,and also has-niacin,thiamin b1, riboflavin b2, and folate...

You can get vegemite at zehres in windsor, just gotta ask.. i know my cousin gets it all the time.
