Hi
I am not a big one for writing thank yous but I thought this one was well
deserved.  The service you guys provide is awesome. I love to call and hear
your Aussie Voices:-)  I have asked you a few questions via email and you
are always so prompt in getting back to me. Thanks heaps.

I live in this little uptown NY town, and today to celebrate Australia Day
I made chocolate crackles for my daughters 4th grade class.  Oh my gosh,
these kids could not get enought of them, they were a huge hit. 
Thank you Simply Australian for providing the receipes of some of the
traditional Australian food. 
On teacher Appreciation day I always make a couple of pavolas, and they are
such a huge hit, this year, I actually had two teacher meet me at the
entrance to see if I needed them to take the desert to the conference room...
yea right!!!! I know what room they were taking the pavolas too:-).  I
topped one with Strawberries and kiwi fruit and then the other one I topped
with a grated up pepperming crisp bar, both were eaten up completely.

I am an aussie now living here and I have had my Mum send me stuff for over 5 
years. The postage adds up.I have searched other websites. I was never happy 
with there websites or they cost a lot for the products or post or both. Well, 
my Mum just sent me a package and I could not believe how much it cost her. 
Well, I just finished the Burger Rings she sent and I wanted more, so, I 
searched again for a site and yours came up. It was easy to use and the postage 
was good and I just sent off for my first order. I can't wait for my first 
package to arrive. Thank you for making it so easy.

Thank you so much!!! We are so impressed by not only the wonderful service
and awesome items you carry, but we are so grateful for how you all go
above and beyond what you have to. Last month I ordered from your company
for my husbands birthday gift. I accidentally forgot to order a few items
and had to place two separate orders the same day. The next morning I
recieved a phone call from a gentleman from Simply Australian to let me
know he was going to adjust my order to lower the cost for shipping. How
wonderful you all are. Thank you for your thoughtfullness and my hubby
thanks you for giving him the best birthday ever. We had a "tim tam slam"
surprise party for him and all of our guest will be visiting your website

I ordered the Kangaroo and a couple of other things from your company on
April 24th and received them on April 26th.

I would just like to thank you for your fast service in delivery and in
asking my initial questions, I will definitely be shopping with you again.

The last Australian product company I tried to order from, I found out
after 2 weeks of ordering, when I emailed them for a tracking number, that
they didn't have any of the item I wanted in stock.

Just got my package - it was like Christmas, opening
my box!

Thanks for such excellent service!!  Your website
makes it easy to order and you've also got a great
order confirmation and tracking system.  I really
appreciate knowing when to expect a package.  And I
can't believe how quickly I received my order.  Well
done.

Now to the products, I received...  First let me say,
I'm an American who visited Oz last July and had my
first experience with Arnott's biscuits.  I absolutely
fell in love with the Raspberry Shortcakes and have
been trying to get them here in CA for months.  I was
so thrilled that you ordered them for me.  Thanks!  I
just had a few and they tasted exactly as I
remembered. - delicious! Next time, I think I'll try
the Raspberry Tarlets, as well.

Subject: Fan Mail!

Hi there
I've sent quite a few things to my daughter, Zoe, via your web site and when I
got Zoe's latest email, I felt I just had to let you know how grateful I am
that you provide such a wonderful service to expat (read homesick!) Aussies.
Here's part of Zoe's most recent email to me and it was this last paragraph
that I thought I would share with you.

"I got the tea and Milo, thankyou so much!!!! I'm going to have Milo tomorrow
before I leave on my day off. We have hot chocolate, but nothing is as good
as Milo. I think that Simply Australian is not only the best business in the
US, but also the best humanitarian agency. They have saved me here!"

That's completely unedited and unsolicited and I thought you deserved to hear
it.
